Canelo did. And got his ass whooped too. Everything is going according to plan. Floyd and JMM are the only ones who don't crack up at Pac on stare downs. Ominous sign for Pac.
Dude handles the pressure in an uncanny manner. From playing angry birds on his phone through half of the presser, to acting like a kid at chucked cheese at the weigh in. Can you imagine this event weighing on you, all those people watching at the weigh in, and the pressure as the clock ticks away. I agree with foreman, it's a lonely road to the event.
I want Pacquiao to win but I thought Mayweather looked focused while Manny looked a little edgy, Manny did look happy enough though but I think tonight Mayweather looked more business like.
Pac looked more confident, maybe over confident which I hope doesn't spill over into the fight. He's clearly trying to show Floyd that he's confident. It's hard to read Floyd though, have no idea if he was just super focused or just crying inside out of fear.
Floyd looks like he's more and more ever embracing death. He's knows the end is near, and just wants to go out standing up.
Mayweather looked focused, Pacquiao looked a little too happy almost forced. Most people are missing what really counted, their conditioning, Mayweather looked phenomenal and Pacquiao looked good but a little smooth. I've already picked Mayweather by late stoppage and looking at their conditioning, I feel even more comfortable with my pick.
Manny does not have a worry in the world. He is the underdog and has no pressure on him. His faith has him believing that Floyd will be delivered to him. Manny has the mass of humanity behind him. Floyd don't know what to think. He has nothing to fall back on, no belief system. He has made his career cherry-pickin for the most part, now he has to face a coconut. He looks inward and there is a void. It's just Floyd. Floyd looks behind him and see's toothless uncle Roger muttering about Pacs cup.
