Why do people think he was nerves. The only thing that happened was he showed a little annoyance at the interview going one question too long. The rest of the weigh-in was very controlled by both sides. It was one of the most straight forward weigh-ins for a big fight I've ever seen actually.
It's funny how many people who've seen him in person think he's scared. Lennox, Kellerman, Tyson. But I guess they wouldn't know...
He is terrified, if he does not get rid of this fear it will eat up all his energy in the fight and he will gas early.
I don't know that the way he looked was particularly telling, but the fact that he refused to trash talk Manny and refused to pick a winner. When asked by Gray about his predictions he just said "everyone who watches it buys the ppv" I think he might have reservations. Usually he has no problem saying how easily he's gonna win a fight.
Look...hes obviously nervous, but I dont think that dictates a W or L for him. He's gonna go in there and do what he does, but I think if Manny has a game plan and executes it then all those fears can back fire on him.
Both, but I'd use the word uncomfortable... he looks uncomfortable. Maybe slightly nervous, like pre-fight jitters but nothing serious.
Floyd as we know trashes his oponents when he feels they are inferior. In this case, we didnt see that kind of floyd during the weigh-ins.
