I wonder who would win a fight if it was Floyd vs Floyd?

What fight were you guys watching? I scored it 116-112 for Pacquiao.

The Russian commentator for the entire fight was basically making fun of the fight, saying "These two men are being paid hundreds of millions of dollars for this thing".

A disappointing fight because Floyd ran all night, throwing very few punches. It's a good thing he bought the judges, because on neutral territory they would have scored it for Pacquiao who pressed the action all night and landed a few punches here and there.

    Fair play :good

I wanted Pacquiao to win but Mayweather controlled the fight and Pacquiao looked lost at times, mesmerised.
Pacquiao didn't throw enough punches and didn't land cleanly enough.

I dislike some of the things Mayweather does and says outside the ring but inside it you can't knock him, passed every test put in front of him.

And he has finally answered the Pacquiao question and answered it with ease.

Pac fan here. Mayweather won that fight by 2 rounds for me. But he probably hugged pac more than he punched him.

I thought Manny came off pretty badly in the interview. Complaining that Mayweather was moving and if he stopped then he would have landed more. Well you and your coach had years to work Floyd out and develop a game plan because everyone knows how he fights.

Cotto also fought he won the fight with Floyd. I will try to explain why.

#1 Floyd is extremly smart and tricky. Watch the fight again and concentrate on Floyd. He is sticking that jab with no power, the jab is touching the opponent, not hurting them but scoring. The opponent thinks that the punches don't matter because they are just range finders but to the outside observers we see punches being thrown and connecting. Also those jabs do not drain energy because they are not hard. The hard punch is the right hand and the left hook, that he rarely uses but when he does they make an impact and make his opponents think twice about attacking.

#2 Notice how calculative Floyd is. He calculates each round. He sometimes needs to take rounds off and lets his opponents dominate those rounds and concentrates 100% on defence. His opponent gets some really good punches in but throws a lot and uses his energy. In the next round Floyd comes out strong knowing that opponent cannot throw so many punches in the next round. Pacquaio at the end thinks I got him so many times with hard punches. But he got him 95% of the time in 2 rounds. In other rounds he didnt get him at all and even though Floyd didn't get him either, he connected more and took those rounds.

You might not like it just how so many hate the way Nadal has achieved his greatness. It doesn't matter if it's to your taste or not, facts are facts.

Mayweather and Pacquaio are both all-time greats. I never said Mayweather is the greatest but he is the greatest of this era and a level above Manny Pacquaio.

The problem is he was weary of being countered and the punches he landed that you are talking about were in 2 rounds which he dominated.

This is why Mayweather waited for Paccquio for so long. Younger Pacqiuo was able to throw punches for 12 rounds. This Pacquaio is too old to do that.
