Pac's slow feet! What surprised me most was the discrepancy in foot speed

Didn't think there would be much of a difference at all, but wow!~

The first round reminded me of Floyd-Canelo.

Surely I can't be the only one surprised by this?

Floyd really neutralized Pacquiao. I had thought Floyd was faster and Pacquiao was scared to take chances because of this.

Yeah i was really surprised, i didnt think floyd could move like that anymore, pac had no way to get to mayweather and anytime mayweather decided to attack manny just couldnt get out of the way

I was surprised at how much stronger floyd was. When pac jumped in floyd extended his arms and pushed pac back easily. Mayweather's strength I believe made the biggest difference. He was able to maneuver pac and control pac with his arms.

Yeah, I saw something like that too in the first round. It reminded me of the opening of the Canelo fight where I thought Alvarez looked ridiculously slow of foot, but alas, it happened again tonight.

I thought Pac would be able to match Floyd's footspeed, and possibly even have an edge. Nope! Not even close.

    Same here.

When Pac was trying to outbox FMJ in round 1, I already knew that Pac needed a KO to win.

Tbf there were moments in there that Floyd was uncharacteristically tentative too, thus the "encouragements" of Sr, but he did show he's still on tip top shape tonight.
He very clearly deserved the win.

Footspeed stood out the most to me as well. I though Pac could move as fast as Floyd but not even close at this point in their careers.

Floyd has always been the stronger man, I don't know why the people got fooled with Pac being bigger.

I thought Pac showed good reflexes and his handspeed was right there with Floyd. Pac's footspeed was 0.

Have Pac's feet slowed down that much? Or have I been underrating Floyd's vastly superior feet? This genuinely surprised me most, and again, it immediately jumped out in the 1st round and became obvious to me that IDKSAB!

Better overall footwork. He's way more efficient with his movement, Floyd knows where he is going at all times

Yeah. I still can't fully grasp it! I mean, I'm not as shocked and awed as I was when Lennox bludgeoned poor Golota, but I'm starting to wonder how the frick my assessment could have been SO FAR off the mark.
