floyd ran in the sense that floyd never engaged or countered pac when pac was throwing. floyd backed up to the ropes and tried to time pac with straight right but was never succesful. then ran or clinched. floyd never stayed in the pocket and traded with pac or countered him, hardly, more like never. where was the short uppercut, the right hook to tthe body. where was the inside game. floyd ran at every exchanges. pac landed some, missed some. floyd scored at the center of the ring with grazing right hands. not really clear connections. i looked at those floyd flicking his left hands on pac's gloves. i dotn they were scoring jabs. have you seen floyd snapped pac's head with the jabs? nothing of note. to me, floyd landed some grazing right hands in the center of the ring. none i saw landed flush. pac landed some in the corner, landed some right hooks too in the center, with some left counters, one notable was when he staggered floyd in the corner. so it kind of even out but pac landed the harder punches and was the aggressor. i didnt view the jabs that jst landed on pac's gloves as scoring blows. maybe 1, 2 or 3 a round. it was insignificant. if give all close rounds to pac, easy 8-4 score. floyd already raised his hands before the end of 12. jumped around before the result was announced. fix was in and floyd acting on it. it made pac looked confused and felt like he lost. judges gave all the close decisions to floyd. cj ross scored it 118-110. no surprised there. garcia won hitting nothing but air. this is touch and not get touched. the sweeter science.
There is nothing to rewatch except Pacman getting his ass handed to him. Only thing Mayweather didn't do was pull Pacquiao's trunks down and give him one from behind...but I think he could have if he wanted to.:nono
I knew pac was done when he weighed in at 152lbs ...the highest of his career. clearly took a couple weeks of training to heal the shoulder. Looked flat and he couldn't rip combos with the left.
