I think I injured my rotator cuff 12 years ago. It was a biiiitch working out and playing sports, but it did indeed go away after each season until the next one started. Got a back injury that's the same way. It's not like it's a constant pain, and lots of times I can train no problem. But when it flares up I can hardly walk. idk. Human body is a weird thing.
