All fighters have dirty tactics. The difference between the great ones and the average ones is the ability to be dirty and carefully/intelligently hide it. Fans will only complain when the fighter they're rooting against does it. Yet when the fighter they support does it, he's masterful.

People being overly emotional and hypocritical about fighters they don't like is nothing new.

 

If you hear someone say "Floyd ran" just drown it out. They're likely casual fans that watch boxing once ever 2-3 years.

Any true fan knows Floyd outboxed Pacquiao, was it entertaining? No

 

I remember people saying Salido's lowblows were "veteran tactics" but if he did it against one of their favorite fighter's they'd call him a "cheater"

 

How Brandon Rios and Robert Guerrero got a shot at Pac & Floyd I WILL NEVER KNOW.

 

Why didn't #48 stay there so Rios can throw many punches?
