He is going to have to go to 160 soon and I just don't see him being effective there he isn't going to have any power and he is short. He will find it much different at 160

 

We need to get behind this guy. He's not gonna duck great fighters. He will fight all-comers. I know many of us don't think he's quite elite but he's ONLY 24! He's going to keep learning, and he's a bad man. He's only going to improve and his offence is really rather smart.

 

Canelo is winning me over, he will fight anyone and i think he would fight GGG.
Canelo has good skills, good chin and good power and he is only 24 and learning, that feint was great that lead to the ko

Think Kirkland was and has been always a Tad Over Rated...all Class Canelo but let's not forget Ishida TKO'd Kirkland in the first round.!!!!

 

It shows how effective her training is to make him a "tougher" man, I mean every punch was hurting him. It was like watching a more one sided Hagler v Hearns.

 

Mad respect to Kirkland but he has no D at all. It's like his face is made of some weird magnetic substance that attracts punches.

I still think Cotto's combination of skillset is more dangerous to Canelo than Canelo's skillset is to him...would love to see.

 

I just don't think he will have power at 160 and he is a midget and going to be facing much bigger and harder punching opponents.
