The looks on the faces of Jermaine Taylor & Lou DiBella at the end of Taylor-Hopkins 1 shows they knew they'd lost it. The look of surprise on their faces when the bogus decision was announced spoke volumes. That surprised look was equalled on Evander Holyfield's face when Eugenia Williams card was read out that he'd beaten Lennox Lewis.
Sad part is she's STILL judging

    BINGO!

You could see his body language when the fight ended how he walked towards his corner with his head hanging down. That is why I feel that thought the 1st Bradley could have gone his way, it evens out because JMM clearly beat him in their 3rd fight. No question.

I don't know if Burns admitted it but didn't his whole team pretty much admit that Ray Beltran beat him?

I think he pulled up just short of admitting it but in Byrd-Oquendo, Chris before the decision looks like he knew he was beat, as indeed he was, then looks surprised when the scores are read in his favor. Byrd lost that night.

Even though Leonard isn't known as the most genuine person, I believe him when he says he never said that to Hagler. He said "even if I didn't think I won, I would never have admitted that to Hagler". I believe that...it's easier for Leonard to admit he lost the Hearns rematch because Leonard won in 1981 anyway, when both guys were in their primes.

It was a very close fight and people still argue it, to pretty even numbers, to this day...it's pretty natural I think for both Ray and Marvin to feel they deserved the win.

Leonard/Hearns II is a good example, but Sugar didn't admit it immediately after the fight.

Quite a few fighters will say "It was close, it could have gone either way"

But to be that deranged that you think you win a fight that 80% of people think you've lost (100% of people who understand boxing scoring) and to continue talking about it in the weeks after that and talk about "I watched the fight, I scored it for me" - that's why this one in particular is so ****ing stupid.

It's almost on Bernard Hopkins levels of denial.

Yeah, I remember he did praise Sturm and said something along the lines of: "I just wasn't myself tonight, I know I can do better", so he didn't OUTRIGHT say it but he sort of hinted towards it.

Toney admitted, in his own words, that he got "a gift" and that he "should have lost" his 1992 fight against Tiberi. It just took him until 2008 to admit it, that's all!

Eubank later admitted that Benn deserved the nod in their second fight.
