If Clottey can't get Canelo or Cotto this fall, I wouldn't mind seeing him fight Golovkin. I think it would turn out to be a hell of a fight with Clottey's chin, high guard, toughness, and come forward style, paired with Golovkin's come forward style, and seemingly lackluster inside game. Clottey doesn't mind fighting on the inside. Golovkin seems to prefer mid distance. What do you think? Clottey would arguably be his toughest opponent to date.

GGG would get a comfortable UD. Clottey doesn't bring enough action. He has a strong chin though

Clottey leaves his body exposed with his high guard. Golovkin cuts him in two.

Yeah 12 rounds of high guard beating. Just what everyone needs. Clottey should fight Lara in the attendance of 4 people for a most boring boxing fight ever eliminator with winner takes on Devon Alexander.

Golovkin would stop him in 8 dominant rounds. That's my prediction and everybody elses only Golovkin haters won't admit this would happen.

I wouldn't say Clottey is boring his fight with Cotto was great. Jut that night he fought Pacquiao he didn't know what to do.

I am not sure about this outcome?

I don't want to see the fight because it would be boring, but it would be interesting to see if GGG could win by TKO or KO vs Clottey.

Personally I see a wide UD for GGG, but a KO\TKO would be hard to get.

^This. It would be a massacre. Clottey's too small and he just covers up. He'd get obliterated.

I'd rather see Clottey/Canelo. GGG kills him.

But his fans are calling for the floyd fight, talking about money and getting rich but what he and his fans should worry about is putting some good names on his record at all costs...

I think you hit the crux of the issue. All these people commenting on Golovkin do not pay attention to his fights, Unless paying attention means obsessing over some minute detail they essentially misinterpreted.
