Im sad that, as Golovkin's english gets better, the more similar he sounds like Borat.:-(

Makes me realize Baron Cohen really did his homework.

Yes but when he is asked about fighting Andre Ward he pretends he doesn't understand the question.

Agreed. There's no point in letting the opponent hit you to try and entice the top fighters if you and the commentators are going to keep mentioning that you're doing it on purpose.

As a latino it's embarrassing some big star like Canelo knows less English than Ggg. At least Ggg is trying. Instead of watching Scooby Doo or Powerrangers Canelo needs to practice his English more.

Guys yes now that he lives here in CA, he probably will get better at English. And that's why I'm ****ed off. The more fluent he gets, the less awesome quotes he's gonna make. No fluent English speaker says "big drama show", "you serious", "I ready to big fight", etc...

It's obvious that the better he gets, we will hear less of these hilarious quotes. Again part of GGG's cool character was the quotes he makes after his fights, once he gets good at English....his interviews will just become same old boring Thank Yous.

that interpreter they have for russian language is a moron. His english is okay but his russian is atrocious, he translates things the way he understands them, which is almost always the wrong way.

His English sucks, and the same goes for Kovalev. It's lower than elementary level. I'm sure that most American and British posters here can speak Spanish better than GGG and Kovalev can speak English.

GGG still says "Thank you for my team, thank you for my fans..."

Why doesn't someone tell him to say "to" and not "for"??? Are his team all a bunch of idiots???

And Kovalev always says: "I can to beat everyone. I should to beat everyone. I must to beat everyone."

Why can't John David Jackson just tell him to stop saying "to"??? In just 3 seconds he could improve Kovalev's English by a LOT.
