Dirrell used disgraceful tactics in the fight and that is why he lost. Had he tried to fight Froch straight up he very well might could have won. Same goes for Hopkins in the Calzaghe fight. But they didn't they chose to clinch, hold, run, flop, etc.

Even as a Froch fan I scored the fight to AD by the narrowest margin. I felt that it was so close that any verdict could not be argued. I think it was as much a case of Dirrel blowing as Froch winning it. By that I mean that it was clear that AD was the better fighter on the night and if he'd just focused on winning the fight and devoted his entire efforts into doing so he would have won. Its a shame his career has been blighted by neurological issues because he really looked a major talent at times that night. And I hope he fu cks up Degale. I cant stand the idea of having to listen to that prat babble on in his Attack The Block accent.

The ****ogy is similar to Lara vs. Canelo, where Canelo was the aggressor, missed a lot and Lara ran. The difference was how much Lara did hit Canelo on the face. Even how good he is, Dirrell did not hit Froch that many times. He ran.

But regardless, Froch got embarrassed in that fight
