    Hi Guys,

So its been 2-3 months since I uploaded my last shadow boxing vid on YT.

Since then I have managed to get in to a gym and be trained properly by a coach, a lot is being adjusted in my form and im working hard to further mysef every day.

Currently working on a diet plan to go with training 3 days a week.

SPARRING, I have gotten a lot of experience sparring lately, my form isn't so bad as im able to hold my own with everyone bar the top guys in my gym, hopefully some vids to come.

CIGARETTES - struggling like a mad dog at the moment with these, I smoke 7-10 cigs a day but still managing to traing hard, was thinking of going the Ricardo Mayorga route :rasta JK any hints on how you quit would be appreciated.

Anyways point of the post, check out my short Shadow boxing vid update below, working on a few things thrying to tighten up and adding a little movement, copare with the old one and let me know what you think has improved or what STILL hasn't changed.

Looking good, I'll just suggest 3 things:

1- Use your jab as long as you can. You try to use it quickly but without your full length, so it won't help you to calculate distance and it's also less powerful.

2- At the end of a combination try to use your body (feet, hips and shoulder) to put some power in it. Try to twist a little on your feet to do it without losing speed.

3- Your right elbow isn't protecting your body, besides of being a target it also announce when you're going to use your right hand and your right shoulder will get tired sooner. Feel your liver and chin protected by that arm.

Try stretching your lower back before shadow boxing . A good exercise is bending at the waist and letting your torso hang for at least a minute. (The strain in your lower back is not that bad but it was enough for me to cringe a little bit)

Maybe try in-fighting ? I don't know, you don,t seem comfortable trowing jab & using long straight.

Thanks Caiman for the structured response, will watch our for those points and try work on what I can, sparring video to come next week so more critique then if you don't mind, Thanks again.

Console command - in fighting is definitely my style but im working on what im BAD at, im a pressure fighter by nature and I can punch hard(put a few guys down in the gym), but to make myself more evenly rounded im trying my best to expand the skills in my repertoire

pretty good, try being more explosive with some of your punches. twisting your wrist when you jab can really gave you that whipping jab
