Ward could possibly TKO Golovkin due to serious damage being dished out to him. Golovkin hasn't the power to keep Ward honest

    Don't believe the hype.

HBO numbers for both are not significantly different. Ward's largest HBO ratings was 1.3 million for Dawson while Golovkin drew 1.4 million vs Rubio and Stevens.

So I stand by my statement that Golovkin is the bigger draw but not by much in fact only by 7%. Though we will have to see what Ward draws against Smith on BET as he has been inactive for so long he has likely lost some fans.

Like Murray, Geale, Rubio, Macklin... yeah all tomato cans...

Why is Cotto fighting a GGG leftover tomato can next??

can we chill out on ward ducking fighters outta his weight class? im not really a huge fan of ward but imo ward is a top tier fighter in the sport. only due to his inactivity u cant put him in the top 4 p4p. i think for a while i had the best in the world besides floyd.

im more of a ggg fan then ward but i do remember ggg calling everyone out from 154 to 168 and there has been some guys to call him out .. maybe guys like lara are talkin mess when they know the fight is difficult to make so they will talk knowing the fight prolly wont happen right away. n now ggg made it clear hes focused on 160 only n at the time will only go to 154 for mayweather.

ward will fight anyone in his weight class. ward is on his way up to 175 anyways were more then likely going get kovalev vs ward ... after ward eases up to 175 an shakes of the rust by racking 2 or 3 wins a working his way up to a full 175.

Ward would knock out 3G. The guy just lets you punch him in the face and has poor stamina. You can't do that with good fighters. 3G is a defeated fighter walking.

If gennady wanted to fight Ward, wouldn't he be fighting Abraham, Froch, Bika or even Rodriguez. Instead he's fighting Macklin, Rubio, rosado and geale. It's gennady who has to prove himself not the other way around

Rubio was considered a joke opponent for Pavlik in 2009, that's all you need to know before bringing him up again. Yes, he is a tomato can. Only two names are worth mentioning, Murray and Geale. Even then, Geale was coming off a loss and Macklin was coming off a stoppage to Martinez. Murray's loss was 50/50 so he's definitely the one name that stands out in GGG's entire career.
