WBC backtracks, wants Cotto-Canelo 1st, snubs GGG

Been saying this for months. GGG is gonna have to wait for the green strap like a good boy. Canelo getting that belt first, one way or another.

We be crooks wants to cash in on a Mexican/PR super fight, they have always screwed fighters if it got in the way of making money off Latino boxing fans. As a fight Canelo/Cotto is a joke, but it would do very well and We Be Crooks knows this. Hopefully Geale can spoil things for them, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's being payed off... They have a lot riding on this one.

 

Huge GGG fan but seeing as I do really want this fight I'm not going to be p***ed about the WBC doing this.

 

Testament to how much bigger a fight they believe Cotto Canelo is over Cotto three G. And it is, Cotto Canelo is the Mex PR rivalry fight that we never really got "last generation" instead we got Cotto vs. some random sack of cheating manure named Marge. Cotto Canelo, the real Mex PR rivalry fight...bring it on, I'm pumped for it, we can only hope a date issue gets resolved.

I love being right. Anyone who knows boxing knew that the WBC would do this of course they want Cotto-Canelo or Cotto-PBF over GGG. The WBC wants Canelo as their cahmp and they would straight **** GGG in order to ensure that. This is probably the main reason why GGG is now looking to fight Froch. He's being froze out at 160.

 

I tried telling you that the WBC was going to screw GGG but you wouldn't listen. They want Canelo as their champ they won't enforce ****.:deal

 

If he fights Canelo in October or November, he will have faced Sergio Martinez (lineal MW), Daniel Geale (long time top 10 MW), and Saul Alvarez in about a 16 month span.

What would be remotely wrong with that (other than the 159 and 157 catchweights, of course)?

 

Boxing is a business, fellas. Amazed some of you guys continue to forget the severity of that reality.

 

I've been telling you clueless Bum-love-kin cheerleaders this since it was first announced. The WBC will *never* strip Cotto. Not as long as the potential for an Alvarez and/or Mayweather fight exists and not as long as he has that FAT Roc Nation contract.

Looks like Bum-love-kin won't be able to duck Ward for too much longer...

 

Ward? You mean that LHW? It would truly be an ATG win to jump 2 divisions and beat a top 3 P4P guy. You must think a lot of GGG's ability.
