Boxer Gets Knocked Out Of the Ring and Beats the 20-Count

    When a fighter gets knocked out of the ring, the ref gives him 20 seconds to get back in. Can you think of an example when a fighter beat that count?

    The only example I can think of is when Jack Dempsey got knocked out of the ring by Luis Angel Firpo, and got back in to win the fight. See the 3:00 mark of this video:

    Didn't benn?, but benn should have only got a 10 count anyway?

    Fighters that hit their hand on the turnbuckle outta be given 20 seconds as well tbh

    I think there was something like that recently on ESPN but I forgot who exactly.

    If you punch your opponent over the top rope it should be an automatic win and would add a new tactical dimension to the sport.

    Yes, Benn should of got a 10 count, he went through the ropes but he didn't leave the ring apron.
