Khan points Hibbert points Ryder points selby points Linares stoppage Brook stoppage Good value I thought. Thought I'd share the wealth for any like-minded individuals....
John Wayne Hibbert v Dave Ryan mate. Think the bookies may have priced this one up wrong - they fought before on a Carl Greaves show - meant to have been a quality fight but Ryan won and it's a common opinion that Hibbert was robbed. Hibbert seems to be improving of late and while Ryan is solid, he doesnt do anything spectacular. Mitchell v Linares is genuine 50/50 IMO but Mitchell is a sharp puncher rather than a big puncher. Unless Linares gets cut up which is a big possibility I can't see Mitchell shifting him. That coupled with me hearing that Mitchell had knocked the booze on the head per Murray and Burns tips the scales for me
The bookies have Hibbert as the favourite mate at 4/6 so I'd say they've priced it up ok to be honest.
The bookmakers love accumulators. atsch Bet like a pro £5k on AJ tomorrow and £3k lay of Algieri on points. Both risk free
Keep looking at the cut on the Bridge of Mitchells nose and how many solid punches Linares can throw and i think its only a matter of time before the fight ends.
No one in their right mind should surely ever put money on Mitchell. There are always too many questions.. But hey that's why it's called gambling.
Has anyone here EVER won a six-fight accumulator specifying 'method of victory' (ie. points, stoppage etc.). ?
Be good to hear if anyone has , apart from the legendary punter himself....Lirva ! On the subject of having a punt on Saturday's card, over at stakesandladders. com they are running a pool on Saturday's fight. Its a bit different from normal betting whereby you make predictions on the outcome of certain events and the one who makes the most accurate predictions wins the money in the prize pool. FREE £5 sign bonus too (no deposit required) , me and a few others have played there before and its certainly more interesting than your everyday wager, and there's money to be made if you know your boxing, nothing to lose, Take a look.
I like it but don't think Algeiri will last the distance. Change to a Khan stoppage and add a Joshua stoppage and you get roughly the same odds
