Lundy is just not good at all.

This won't be competitive and will be an utter schooling unless Herrera is sick and gets injured in the fight.

Lundy is around the same level as Mayfield.

Mayfield isn't any good. Lundy was lucky as hell with Abril. He has one good win against a come forward basic puncher.

I rate Lundy a level or two below guys like Postol, Peterson, Herrera, Benavidez, Matthysse, Provodnikov and Garcia.

No ****ing ****. Herrera is so much better than his record indicates. Didn't have him beating Provo though.

You do realize fighters improve with better training? And fighters have off nights it happens.

Mayfield has done nothing since but lose to Dulorme and Emanuel Taylor. If anything he's degressed as a fighter.

Both of those guys are Hank Lundy level or a bit better than Lundy.

The Lundys, Mayfields, and Taylors are the type of guys who aren't bums but seem semi-credible to come back with a win. A decent-ish scalp on the resume to give a top fighter a confidence boost.

Broner did it with Taylor and so did Algieri. Just a stepping stone.

Yes captain obvious. And you do realize that styles make fights right? If you don't think this fight won't be competitive, come back to this thread after the fight and I'll remind you that ydskab. I'm not saying Herrera is going to lose, but it'll definitely be a good competitive bout.

I guareatee Herrera beats him easily. He also knows he has to for the judges to give him a decision.

Lundy's a stepping stone and gets badly outworked.

Lundy isn't an undefeated prospect liek Benavitez, or an undefeated champ like Garcia, he doesn't have to prove anything to the judges.

I'll bump this thread after the fight. I guarantee it's competitive, and it definitely will not be a blow out.

Lundy is far better than people give him credit, he is in a weird position, not A level but he is above quite a few guys at B level. He's really in a level all his own.

Mauricio Herrera will not school Lundy, Lundy is actually the type of guy that will make it a tough fight against him stylistically. I say Lundy minor upset.
