Brook imo is top 3 with froch & frampton, looks like hes ready to dominate welterweight. Khan campaigned at multiple weight, has faced better but lost to them too. Not really thought much about it but throwing it out there. Be gentle!
1.Froch 2.Khan 3.Degale 4.Brook 5.Groves Frampton and Joshua look set to break into the list but as of right now they just havent faced any decent opposition. I would struggle to find an arguement to place anyone above Froch on this list.
I am going to assume Froch is retired now, I think he will fight again but he has been out a year so he should be removed from the rankings. My list now would be: 1. Lee Selby 2. Kell Brook 3. Amir Khan 4. Carl Frampton 5. James Degale I always had Khan above Brook and I do still believe he could beat him but Brook has been more active, and granted he fought Gavin and Dan, but I believe he has looked more impressive so I have him ahead. Lee Selby looks different class to anyone else out there in the UK, he hasn't looked like he could lose a fight for a long time now and is nowhere near his level yet and he could be a very special fighter. Degale, although I don't think he is great, he is a good fighter and deserves to be up there now given his recent performances and his world class victory over Dirrell. Frampton has also looked very good but I just hope he starts having some proper tests, get in there with Quigg or even Santa Cruz so we can see how good he is or isn't. Active Froch however is 1 and everyone moves down one.
Not including Froch due to inactivity: 1. Kell Brook 2. Amir Khan 3. Carl Frampton 4. Jamie McDonnell 5. James Degale 6. Lee Selby 7. Scott Quigg 8. Tyson Fury 9. George Groves 10. Billy Joe Saunders
