    For taking on boxer after boxer after boxer. He clearly wants to improve and show that he can beat every style.

    After Herrera, everyone thought he would avoid all boxers because he looked vulnerable in that fight, but that didn't happen at all.

    Herrera Peterson Paulie

    All very good boxers.

    I still expect great things from him even though his momentum has come to a screeching halt since his beating on Matthysse.

    If we learned anything from the Herrera and Peterson fights it's that DSG definitely still has a lot to learn against boxers :lol:

    I'll say that's his weakest area in his game. He does very well against swarmers/boxer punchers. It's just the real boxers that give him trouble.

    He's a Canelo type.

    Canelo struggles with real boxers.

    Garcia does as well.

    That does NOT mean I think Garcia lost to Herrera/Peterson. Just just parallels between the two.

    Also true! It does not look at all like he is bald and has put shoe polish all over his head. I repeat, do not say that Danny Garcia's haircut looks like he has shoe polished his bald head! I won't stand for it!! :good

    I'll admit Peterson was a solid test, Herrera was actually a very wily fighter to take on in your adopted hometown, Malignaggi is another wily fighter but not what he should be facing right now. He's fought Judah and Morales who were past their sell by dates, he doesn't need Malignaggi with enough intriguing rematches or new relevant opponents...

    He clearly lost to Herrera, Peterson could've gone both ways imo so can't say he definitely lost as it's unfair.
