Floyd collapses from exhaustion after running around the ring for 8 rounds in a desperate attempt to avoid Hagler's bombs.

It's no longshot to think that Floyd from the Canelo fight could beat Hagler from the Leonard fight over 12 with a big ring. That version of Leonard wasn't all that impressive.

Also, Floyd from the Canelo fight>>>>>Duran who fought Hagler, and Duran performed okay in that fight

floyd either outboxes him to a wide ud because floyd probably outboxes anybody, or marvin mauls him to a TKO. both are likely. IMO floyd outboxes and bounces around the ring from hagler for 15 rounds

It is true that Hagler had problems with the best boxers he ever faced, I'm not sure if Floyd is on their level, but he isn't thy far off it. Hagler is the easier to pick here

Ha-ha is right. I'm sure Hagler would love the payday though

Floyd as much as I like him (and we all think he's great) has next to no chance. I just cant see him escaping round after round without sustaining serious damage, and soon after, organ failure. Hagler lets Floyd hang around for a couple rounds before a single right hook puts him to sleep

Floyd was a special talent at 130, and a small but still great welterweight. To match him with a consensus top 3 middleweight is, well, not very nice to him and his health at all.

Floyd could beat some good middleweights, slow of foot and hand preferred. But not Hagler. Not in a million friggin' years.

Hell, I don't think he has a prayer with Duran at 135, nevermind middleweight.

Trying like heck to see how Floyd can keep Hagler honest... Hagler tees off all night on a desperately retreating Mayweather. Janitors will be sweeping Money off the floor when the party's over.

Fighting Haggler would teach Mayweather a huge lesson in humility. Haggler would destroy him.

Bad fight for Floyd but GGG is waiting so that could be a good final fight and may be the one big challenge
