Khan can't sell out a 7,000 arena, they give large amounts of tickets away for his fights in U.S.
Apparently they shut sections of the arena against Algieri because it would have looked bad on TV.

Showtime turned Khan Vs Algieri down, if money talks and Khan generates it then they would have picked it up and tried to build Mayweather Vs Khan.

Khan is nowhere near as big as people keep saying he is. He may well bring a tiny bit more than Brook to Mayweather but Mayweather gets alot less credibility.

 

Mayweather is guaranteed his contract, who cares how much money it brings in!

 

I like Mayweather and Brook because of the fact it would U.S. vs U.K, the best vs the best. Khan has fought no one of significance. There's Bradly to fight, Rios, Prescott, Provo, Maidana, Thurman, etc...

Khan is just trying to hype his name up.

 

does he though? Everyone says this but why has khan never made the transition to PPV?.. Crazy as it sounds, kell has sky behind him and if he fought floyd it wouldn't surprise me if they put it on sky ppv over here to attract floyd and offer him more money...

 

I doubt he will give up the titles, it would be better if he gives up the 154lbs titles if he's not fighting there anymore. As far as Brook is concerned, all he offers is the IBF titles and Mayweather could really care less about titles at this point. It's all about general recognition and Brook is hardly known to score this fight.
