    Even top boxing countries have bad divisions. Light middleweight is full of Americans like Demetrius Andrade but the best British light middle is Liam Smith.

    The best American at light heavyweight is Bernard Hopkins and the best Brit is Enzo Maccarinelli. It's hard to dominate every division.
