Why would Oscar risk his health like this? Does he know something we don't? At least Hopkins has been active. Oscar couldn't take paca punches and now he wants GGG?
De La Hoya is willing to let another fighter beat him so he can make them a superstar and make a ton of money being his promoter.
I don't know what it is, but a big part of me always wants to see these comebacks... Not against a world beater per se, but there's just something about old legends coming out of retirement and giving it one more go.. As ill advised as it may be, a PART of me want to see how good De La Hoya still is. If he comes back he should face someone like Solomon, or Sturm and see where he stands... Even if he cant hang with those guys anymore, I don't think he's risking serious injury.
