Nah it depends man... if u been trainin for pull ups for ages and can only bust out 25 maybe not but 25 for someone who just started orwhateva is pretty good man... i dont think i pump out 25 in a row
Depends on how you do them. Chin-ups, the way the old-time boxers did them, you put your thumbs together on the bar so that you can see the backs of your hands. Do a full extension pull and be sure you touch the bottom of your chin on the top of your knuckles. 25 of those ain't easy. Rocky Marciano would do them while holding a medicine ball between his knees!
What is it with you and "old time boxers"? Chinups are with palms facing you, pullups palms facing away. And yes, STRANGELY, people today do actually bring their chin over the bar! And a medicine ball is of very small signifigance. 3-4-5kg at best!
I've never trained a lot, no weight lifting, just some pull ups and push ups from time to time but not that much.
Thanks for advice, I'm doing full pull ups, when going down I straighten my hands, going up till my chin gets over the bar. But I have my hands like this guy on the picture This content is protected If I'm doing with my hands twisted the other way I can do two or three less. :good
