Hilarious really. The way he was dancing like an idiot on the stage before his ring walk... only to get beaten up for 11 rounds. You thought he may have learned from the maidana fight, clearly not. Utter clown.

good post by the op...and i agree with what he said about broners body style and trying to fight like floyd....it doesnt work

also agree with what brighton bomber said on pg 2 about broner needing that size advantage so he can bully...and about his lack of footwork and work rate hurting him when it turns into a fight

which brings us to what engima said....ya i think floyd was 27 going on 28 or just 28 when he moved up to fight sharmba mitchell....broner was what like 23 when they tried to make the move....too much too soon....and ya they gave him the soft touch(power wise) with paulie off the top....youd like to think his people told him "look this guy cant punch very hard...but not all the guys are going to be like this"......over ambitious and broner wanted that big paper.....

How in the name of Sam Hill was this a robbery? Broner won 3 rounds at the absolute most.

When even Adelaide Byrd scores against you, you know it's not a robbery.

Porter did not win by doing anything special.

He sure did outwork Broner, though.

    See? Broner is LAZY.

I hope he is bright enough to learn he needs to put out effort to beat motivated fighters. But I won't ever bet on that.

    Props to Porter here.

Broner just lacks the ring IQ. He doesn't make adjustments.

    and:

    head movement
    footwork
    discipline
    workrate
    defense

    His strengths:

    Good speed
    Decent Power
ghetto ass flamboyant obnoxious personality (to sell his fights)

All in all, he is nothing more than a gatekeep level fighter. The B level fighters will use Broner to position themselves to fight an A level fighter.

All of that falls into his IQ, and I agree with your last statement.

Giving him 2 rounds is pretty generous.
