There should be only three options 1. Tyson Fury, 2. Deontay Wilder or 3. Alexander Povetkin Is any of those fights happening next? Or is Wlad taking the easier route and fight Shannon Briggs? :huh
The WBO will announce purse bids for Wlad vs. Fury after July 5. It will probably be held at end of July. Once the bids are in we'll know more.
I thought the bids were coming in on July 5th? They had 60 days to negotiate starting May 5th. They usually have the bid pretty quickly after the allotted time has expired.
It's going to be Fury. Never thought he'd get to the stage he would actually face Wlad, thought someone would expose him before then but he's been carefully matched to get to this point avoiding any big punchers. But Fury has improved and it's going to be interested to see how Wlad deals with being the far smaller man for a change. Let's just hope Fury shows up in decent shape so when Wlad KO's him there can be no excuses.
Vlad will fight Fury next and knock him out..............Vlad fights tall fighters better than shorter ones, Fury is made for Vlad. Fury could have already had a fight with Vlad, but turned the fight down..............
Usually these bids are announced after the free negotiation period has expired. Maybe the WBO does it differently though? I haven't seen a purse bid date yet.
Fury letting himself go inbetween fights... I foresee and early and brutal stoppage for Wlad. Come on Tyson, get your **** together!
