I have to say I really dislike his commentating style.

    Talks far too much.
    Far too opinionated.
Too biased towards match room fighters.

It's a real effort watching sky boxing when he's commentating.

    Galling is right

He annoys me to the point I actually mute the sound which is rather irritating, he needs to go or Sky need to have a no commentary red button option which I'm sure quite a few would use.

He changes his mind mid sentence, he talks utter rubbish, see action that isn't happening and then ignores action that is just to suit his "pick" or the home fighter.

Sky are really s****ing the barrel having him commentating, I have no idea why they use him. It is always bad, he is there to call the action and maybe point things out to the average fan but he never seems neutral and his opinions are an insult to the average fans intelligence.

The sooner he goes the better.

I don't think you can get any worse than him, he shoudl be ashamed for stealing a living from this great sport.

He's the worst of all boxing commentators. Totally sickened listening to him during the Smith Rebrasse fight. Disgusting having to listen to his paymasters agenda throughout a fight.

I disagree, he's a good commentator, maybe a bit biased towards home boxers but all networks have commentators that are, listen to HBO etc when it's their fighter. Halling was great when covering the NFL broadcasts.

How did Sky go from Ian Darke to this guy? Like splitting up with Cameron Diaz and getting together with Lisa Riley. He's truly woeful. Loud, ill-informed, obnoxious, biased and moronic.

Halling is shocking agree he should go. I also think Sky use to many of their pundits/commentators/presenters the wrong way around. Jim Watt is a much better pundit than commentator (must be age, having to think what to say constantly), McCrory is a much better co-commentator than pundit, and Johnny Nelson is a **** presenter but good pundit. Ed Robinson is a good presenter, much better fronting coverage than Johnny. Like Johnny but leave him to answer boxing questions.

Agreed. Id like to know why Ian Darke is no longer on Sky's books. He was the ****! Plus Paul Dempsey was awesome! Now we have Halling, Watt, Adam Smith and Ed Robinson. Biased, boring.
