Damn brook only got 200k against Porter? He was offered 500 against Bradley, thanks for clearing that up for me.

Again, guys can't have it both ways. Unfortunately, it is more a blueprint for what we are seeing now than it is for getting the big fight. Fighting opponents who don't excite anyone and are steps back in competition effectively pigeonhole a guy as being protected and doesn't seem to get the job done.

what is with fans who think boxers should accept fights even when the money is a joke and a rival promoter has options on you.

yeah he had an offer to fight bradley but it was a joke offer which kell would have been silly to take.

he was right to reject it.

The money is a joke? Apparently Brook got 200k against Porter. SO you're saying 500k is a joke but 200k is great. NIce logic.

Does it really make any difference?

Brook is a world champion now, one of only two at welterweight, making defences and earning money.

Brook will face mandatories and maybe have unification fights if Mayweather scrambles the other belts.

I am not understanding digging Brook out now? Makes no sense to me, he could have maybe got there quicker but he is still there and in a great position at the moment so what's the problem?

Why didn't Mayweather fight Pacquiao 5 years ago? He could have finished that argument quicker and earned much more money?

The guy has been fighting bum after bum in gavin and dan. After he won the belt I expected him to rack up some decent wins to compensate for his terrible resume. I argued with Brook fans about how bad his resume is and they always seem ot bring up the fact that he "never got a shot", well like I've repeated a thousand times HE CLEARLY DID.

 No the point is some fights do not happen for certain reasons at certain times.

    All sorts of reasons.

You are just filling in the blanks how you want to, you have no idea why Brook didn't take fights.

So what are you talking about?

Was Bradley refusing to take drug testing? Was there actually a valid reason? Mayweather had one. Taking the easier route isn't a valid reason to not take a fight.

Do you know there wasn't a valid reason?

You are just guessing, because Brook or Hearn do not seemed to have satisfied you with any answer, excuse or reason you are just assuming there isn't a valid reason.

On a side note, I do not believe Mayweather had a valid reason, in my opinion Mayweather just waited until Pacquiao was a shadow of his former self.

Have to add not a fan of Pac or May so it's a genuine opinion.
