Arreola is a worse version of Stiverne. If true this is basically a stay busy fight for Wilder

How do you figure? Arreola is an aggressive power puncher that brings constant pressure. Stiverne is a low output counter-puncher.

Style wise Arreola is a much tougher fight for Wilder. Arreola could smash his glass jaw.

It is really hard to sit back and try to counter punch any 6'7 HW using that dumb strategy. But being aggressive, and keeping the pressure on, Arreola could chin him.

I don't think Wilder will take this fight. Just look at Wilder's pitiful resume of opponents. Arreola is too dangerous of a puncher and style wise what he does't want. One shot and a big money, cash out fight vs Povetkin or Klitschko will be out the window- gone forever.

Unless the WBC forces the fight. Now that wouldn't surprise me, with how biased the WBC are towards Mexican/ Mexican heritage fighters.

I don't have strong feelings one way or another on that fight. I think either guy is capable of beating the other, possibly early in both cases but not necessarily.

So no. I never said he "would" beat him, but I do believe he "could".

That may be true. But Wilder isnt the second coming of Muhammed Ali, Lennox, Wlad or something. Look how sloppy and shltty his boxing skills are even vs a bum like Molina. If he gets caught Arreola can take him out with one punch.

Arreola vs Wilder would be a Wilder-Stiverne mk 2, Arreola is dangerous with his power but his feet are too slow.

He is actually not bad at all for a big guy, especially his body work.

Unlikely Wilder's team takes this fight unless they are SURE Arreola is completely shot. If they think he has ANYTHING left, this fight will never happen.
