agree....i didn't see khan's legs wobbling or anything. he just got caught and stumbled. these guys are boxers. it's not a crime to feel someone punching you and algeiri was loading up on those overhand shots. i remember bradley stunned pacman in their second fight too. he didn't hurt him just stunned him.

poeple think featherfisted means the other guy cant even feel one's punches.....it just means they dont have KO power

i hear some of what you are saying but khan was defo feeling the weight of chris algieris punches and algieri wasnt exactly hurting people at light welter, his only stoppages/kos were against journeymen in his first 10 fights, he has never shown anything like a punch that would trouble world class fighters.

thurman is a big welter that can punch at a higher level than algieri has proved (maybe not that much higher) but that and the fact thurman is a full size welter would give him a very good chance against khan. as i said earlier it wouldnt surprise me if khan outboxed him but if the fight was over inside 6 rounds for thurman i wouldnt think it was a shock result.

i get where you are coming from....i think khan underperformed and chris algeiri fought out of his skin.......khan didn't even look as big as he did against alexander....he was no where near 161....algeiri looked like the bigger, heavier and stronger guy.....whatever it is, it happened but people are looking too much into it

i agree with you.....thurman could very well go in there and KO khan in less than 2 rounds or khan can outbox him.....it's a real 50/50.... but after the algeiri performance some would say thurman is the favorite... i can see this fight happening in december after khan doesnt get mayweather fight.....and khan will take it, he has no option but to fight the big names at 147...he has done it at 140, wont be a problem here

the only guy khan is ducking at 147 is brook, once brook adds a couple of big names to his resume the fight will happen

Thurman is all wrong for Khan he should stay away.

In all honesty he should of really took the Brook fight, big big payday and would of boxed his head off.

The thing is that he won't though, people who follow boxing know his opposition has been carefully picked the last few years and are going off him, it's the casual fan who will continue to fuel the Khan hype machine and as long as he beats mediocre opponent the fans who still refer to him as a Olympic champion :patsch trust me I know some will continue to follow him

Khan said if Brook beats Porter (even via ko) he would take the Brook fight.

When interviewed after the Brook win, Khan said quote
    "The fight doesn't interest me"

    Massive talker, yet massive liar.

And what did Kell say exactly? He stood in the ring and said "Queen Khan, wait in line."

Khan said ok Kell no problem.

What happens next? Kell realises he can't get any big names in the ring with him because he carries no weight in the division. So Kell and Eddie go screaming for Khan to give them their next Wembley PPV.

We just gonna act like that never happened?

Maybe so. But Kell backtracked as well. Two defences and he still hasn't sorted out a legitimate opponent for September.

As i said mate. Khan said pre Porter if Brook wins, even via KO, he would take the fight.

Kugan interviewed him post Brooks win, Khan said the fight doesn't interest him.

Khan an team are protecting him from any sort of legitimate threat in hope that he gets the shot at Floyd and then the Brook fight is always still there.

Cant blame them if they believe they will get the Floyd fight, but its still making Khan look like a mingebag

Khan recently turned down an eliminator with Bradley (or he claimed it must have been his "team" who did but didn't tell him)
