It's obvious that Ward is waiting for Kovalev to get old and washed up

Ward would have about 4-5 tune-ups against bums then fight some -B level mexican 168'ers like Chavez Jr and Ramirez then go up at 175 and have another 3-4 weight accommodation fights. After that he'd be ready to fight a 40 y/o semi-retired Kovalev.:-(

Did you just discover time? You've started multiple threads about boxers aging but you seem to forget that time affect us all, no matter if you're the SOG or a Krusher.

We don't know who'll past his prime first. It might as well be Ward.

Kovalev is a year older than him? How is he waiting until he is old, if Ward will also be old too :patsch

Have the russian's some sort of chocolate flavored schlong or something that I haven't been told about? The nuthuggery is ridiulous

Probably not, Ward has a style that ages well and Kovalev is older as well, so it will probably be him.

Wouldnt be surprised if Ward waits Kovalev to be on around 40-45 when Ward himself is max. 35 to fight him...

In boxing age due of his fighting style, Kovalev has more chances to get 'old' sooner than Ward. :nod

LOL! Yeah and Floyd was "waiting" for Manny to catch up to him in age and pass him.
