Khan says he'll fight Thurman........

Has he moved the goal posts yet?

 

Only so many times Khan can talk the talk and not walk the walk.... I remember him saying he will fight Brook when he is a world champ!!! Well Brook did just that but Khan is still avoiding him, if he does not fight Thurman or Brook next his already damaged reputation will be in tatters!!

 

He was also offered a Bradley fight but turned it down. He keeps banging on about Mayweather yet seems to think he has some god given for right for the fight to just happen. If Khan had run through Collazo, Alexander, Bradley and then Brook he would have an awesome looking run, be IBF champ and I'm sure the fight Mayweather would be a very real possibility.

Instead he looks like a huge cherry picker coming out with ill informed, deluded comments, revolving his career around a fight that isn't going to happen, that he doesn't really deserve.

 

Brook also turned down a fight with Tim Bradley when he had no other options

 

Stop mugging off Khan your fighter will never get to Amir's level take your jealousy elsewhere.

I have no horse in this race, just saying it how I see it. Plus if Brook isn't on Khan's level then why not take what should be an easy fight and get paid at least 5 million quid for it? A world title and several million pounds for an easy fight, what is the logic in not taking it?

Not if he fights Floyd which is clearly his choice. A Garcia rematch also go down well with fans as would Bradley (very unlikely) Porter etc Khan has respectfully options

 

He was mandatory for the IBF title so that's not true saying he had no other options. It was either go with bradley, which him and hearn said the deal was rubbish and arum wanted options on kells next 3 fights (ofcourse hearn wouldn't like this deal) or fight the final eliminator and fight devon, within around 6 months. You only take a deal like the bradley one if your nowhere in the rankings and have nothing lined up.

he was promoted ****, he never got the breaks how about he never wanted it or wasn't dedicated to the sport as there has always been rumors about his him when not boxing

Khans best win in over 3 years is Alexander, Porters leftovers.

If you want to go back further then fine but we have to start talking about Khan getting sliced and diced.

So what excuses are you to make for Khan having Alexander as his best result in over 3 years?

 

Alexander would give brook alot of problems, remember it's not as if brook won handsomely against porter, you guys make it out like the porter was the next coming of tyson or something, remember porter drew against against diaz who khan beat

Khan's best win in over 3 years is justified because you think Alexander causes Brook problems?

Khan has wasted nearly two years begging Mayweather for a fight he does not deserve, I could name a lot of welterweights who are far more deserving. The reason Khan is not deserving is because he hasn't fought a genuine top 10 welterweight and is almost refusing to do so for a variety of excuses.

Khan should of took the Brook fight, if he won he would have got the Mayweather 100% but he knew he would of got knocked out so he chose Aligieri thinking he'd look sensational but he struggled. If Khan don't get Mayweather he is in trouble.

Khan is at welterweight now, he stepped up after getting beat twice and has done virtually nothing of note since.

He won't fight Thurman just like he won't fight Brook because he knows he will get stopped, if Algieri is hurting you those two seriously hurt you.

Collazo hurt Thurman a hell of a lot more than he came to hurting Khan...did he even hit Khan?
