Debatable really, what isn't is the fact that Marciano had real power in his left too, whereas Ingo just used his pawing left as a range finder. If I had to pick a right hand out of the two, I think I would go for Rocky. Ingo dropped Floyd multiple times impressive but not a unique feat, he hit Machen with everything before he was stopped ,his only other big ko was over Cooper who could be tagged and stopped as Floyd proved.
I don't think Marciano would drop Floyd 7 times.I don't think Floyd would be able to get up that many times after Rocky caught him flush with his right hand.

Johansson. No question. That guys right hand had scary power. Totally one dimensional beyond that but it was a heck of a dimension.

I am leaning towards Johansen for pure power.

The fact that he didn't have much else, only makes you think more highly of his power.

Gotta go Marciano as it's more proven. But it's hard to tell.

Marciano no question, just look at the men they ko'd. Marciano: Louis, Charles, Moore, and Lastarza. Johansson: Cooper

That's the only boxer he ko'd that compares to anybody Marciano ko'd. Lol, I'm not that ignorant or stupid to think that Johansson only ko'd 1 guy. I do give him credit for having good power. But not great.

Marciano, His power was amazing to say the least. Look what he did to Joe Louis. He sent him flying half way across the ring with one left hook, only Louis's good chin kept him conscious although he was some what out on his feet. Then later on one right hand knocked him out and through the ropes. Nobody had ever been able to hurt Louis like that before in all of his years boxing. He was knocked out by Schmeling, but that was different.

Marciano, the way guys reacted to his punches is frightening. Floyd Patterson would have been done for when Rocky hit him no getting up seven times.

We're talking about Marciano here aren't we, and not Foreman or Louis? Marciano was a big thumping guy, no doubt about that, but this revisionist stuff about him banging out people cold left and right is fantasy. Don ****ell took everything Marciano had for round after round, including some blatant, flush foul punches.

It's to the point now that guys like SuzyQ have Marciano as some superman who should recieve no criticism whatsoever. He was a hugely tough, supremely conditioned fighter, but there are at least a dozen guys in heavyweight history who would have retired 49-0 against the line-up Marciano faced.
