    LOL.

Still upset about Hatton getting knocked out I see.

Im sure if Hatton had won that belt he would be the true WW champion.

    Shameless Shotgun.

And as to another post, what American media is behind Mayweather?

Dont be surprised if Gatti makes the HOF either.

As sad as that is, when all is said and done, Gatti, Castillo Corrales and Hatton will all be HOFers

Another one of these silly threads. The terms "disgraceful' and "p4p no.1" don't belong in the same sentance. There are plenty of delusional Floyd fans on this board, but there may be even more delusional Floyd haters.

You're correct, I have long declared the P4P #1 spot 'vacant' for now until somebody really does something deserving to take that award.

But generally, Floyd's long been considered P4P #1 after the Gatti fight by default due to Hopkins losing to Taylor.

Hopkins became p4p no.1 by default after Jones lost. It happens quite frequently. That's besides the point. Bull**** threads like this are usually started by trolls. There are too many nonsensical threads on this forum.

    Wrong.

I could say that Floyd cleaned 135 division because there were nobody worthy besides Castillo. You are making ridiculous points about Casamayor and Spadafora - the fact they were titlists don't make them as worthy as Benitez, Duran, Hearns. If Floyd were cleaning those divisions up to your standards instead of climbing in weight, he would have fought even less HOFers then he fought now.

SRL fought in 154 - 175 also, but he never tried to 'clean' those divisions. Point about huge rewards for the best fights sound very sensible. If the were no business sense to fight the best, he just didn't. I listed those the best avoided, although I'm not shure you could read. Rad Man is not a reader, Rad Man is a writer'

Okay then, let's look at his body of work since the Gatti victory.

    Mitchell, Judah, Baldo, DLH, Hatton....

Does this warrant a definite keeping of a top P4P spot, we aren't going by past history, that has nothing to do with current P4P rankings.

Hatton was in P4P not in the past history, he was at the moment of the fight and he is now. Others just did worse or not good enough to change the leader.

Oh sure, I rightfully criticise Floyd just because he's black, that's why I rate Roy Jones Jr. as the best H2H fighter ever, support and stick up for Chad Dawson, am a growing fan of Haye, am a longtime fan and supporter of Nate Campbell, Shane Mosely & Vernon Forrest.

My favourite HW of all time is Mike Tyson, I rate him as the #1 H2H.

The fighter who got me started on boxing was Pernell Whitaker, other major past favourite's include Thomas Hearns, Terry Norris, Aaron Pryor, Ike Quartey, Meldrick Taylor & Kid Gavilan.

The guy I am hyping up as the next big thing is technically a latino from Cuba, but by all means is as dark skinned as Floyd is, that would be King Yuriorkis Gamboa.

I do not judge a fighter on anything but their persona's, integrity and what they do in the ring. I detest racism of any kind, reverse or otherwise. The pro-white only idiots and the pro-black only idiots are in the exact same moronic boat, as are nationalistic fools.;)
