Brook v chaves isn't a bad fight but its the worst of the bunch of names mentioned. I'd quite like to see brook v alexander tbh out of the names currently available and realistic. Wouldn't mind a porter rematch either in the uk and by the sounds of it porter would be willing to travel.

I hear what your saying but if you'v watched boxing long enough you'd know that it's quite feasible for this to happen. As they say, styles make fights..... I happen to think brook beats them both though.

And I hear what you are saying too - styles certainly does make fights and just because khan got beat by Garcia, doesn't certify that Garcia would lose or win to Brook if khan is inferior to both fighters

However the same logic applies to Garcia that the fanboys use for Khan. Garcia has more experience than brook at elite level plus greater resume and both danny and brook are counter punchers, but garcia has the greater power and last nights showing he showed he is carrying that up to 147.

Not 100% sold on the idea of Garcia having the greater power of the two....:stir

I think people forget just how big and strong Brook is at the weight now, Garcia wouldn't bully Brook, not like he did to Paulie and a few others, he would have to box and let's be honest they don't call him Danny "Gift" Garcia for nothing.

The fight would come down to technique and style and Brook would beat Garcia comfortably.

i don't think garcia has more power than brook.

brook would have stopped paulie within 4-6 rounds last night.

brook definitely physically stronger and a wider range of punches that hurt.

also, the chaves fight isn't good for brook, who gives a **** about chaves, he has no good wins.

brook needs a big fight, his prime years won't last forever..

Regardless, this is Business. Brook is nobody on the World stage, and I mean that in terms of a US TV draw. Al Haymon calls the shots, it Brooks wants to enhance his stock he needs to go over to the US and prove his worth. The Porter victory isn't enough weight i'm afraid.

Lol at Garcia coming over to Sheffield/Uk.

Look guys we are in danger in overrating Brook. Yes Garcia has looked a bit sloppy against Herrea and Peterson (both would run Kell close too and in the case of Peterson he might even be Brooks best ever opponent if he fought him) but he is a proven world class fighter with genuine power in both hands especially the left hook - he also has the chin and general toughness. He's beaten Khan, Holt, Judah, Mathyesse, Morales etc..Kell has beaten Porter and nothing much else.

I would still have Garcia as a clear favourite Brook.

Totally agree with this, when i hear people talk about Garcia v Brook the majority talk about Garcia as if he is Just a stepping stone for Brook to become a Big name in the US.
Im a Brook fan but Garcia would cause him big problems.
