Campbell benefited massively from the size difference as well. No one really expected Coyle to win, but I think Campbell was expected to get him out of there sooner. It looked as if Coyle managed to hurt him on the body at one point too. He did get the job done though and it was a step-up. However, it's important to remember that Coyle isn't realistically world level or even a contender. Campbell is fortunate that the Lightweight division is (in my opinion) relatively weak. Hopefully he steps up in class next fight and isn't just put in with a no hoper from Belarus though
Coyle bull rushed .....pure an utter **** from him.....schooled by the best amateur in hull...best pro in hull and uk (so far) and Olympic champ....enough said (go back to ta muppit dads fruit stall selling strawberries) u tool
Coyle not even domestic...gets another schooling by our own Corolla and flanno...I'd put Ohara davies in with him to end his career for good
Coyle essentially admitted defeat with the style he chose to box Campbell with. If Moore had anything to do with that, it's another indication of how much Moore has to learn as a trainer - for me, he has really struggled to get the best out of anyone he has been in the corner for. Campbell's constant looking at the ref etc was annoying but it's a habit he can get out of easily enough and hopefully watching the fight back will highlight this to him.
Can all the genius trainers that are in this thread please explain how Coyle would have beaten Campbell in your eyes?
I don't think anyone is saying he would have beaten him but at least with different tactics, he might have had a better chance. He was on a hiding to nothing as it happened.
To be fair Campbell probably could of finiahed it in the early rounds...... The people of that s. Hithole city should be great full they got 10 rounds of pure bixing class.. And should be greatful that luke is putting hull on the map wirldwide..... That punk coyle is bollo.cks.
