This is not a ranking. Paul Williams Shane Mosley Floyd Mayweather jr Oscar De La Hoya Kermit Cintron Ike Quartey Joshua Clottey Antonio Margarito Miguel Cotto Zab Judah And Other's. With quartey in there i think he's probaly the strongest out of them all and i see him giving anybody a tough fight, quartey's first fight at welterweight will be in october,i'd like to see him against any of the top welterweight's.
all these guys coming back to 147 are going to be severely weight drained and won't be effective Mayorga Quartey DLH
At Ike's age, he doesn't have time for two warmups, especially given the time he takes off in between fights.
Ike will be fine he hasnt had a long layoff so he will be okay, comming down to 147 is great news I would love to see him beat Oscar again, I would like to see him fight Mosley, the younger guys if any I would like to see him in there with Floyd he doesnt sit down on his shots the way Cotto and Margarito does, a fight with Williams would end up like the Winky fight.
I thought Ike was busy building a hospital in Nigeria and wouldn't be fighting again for another year or two?
Think they will be fine, it's not like they fight more than twice a year. But this is there true weight class. This is becoming more and more interesting. The WW division is really loaded! :bbb
Ike Quartey is a true darkhorse in this division because of the bull**** fact hes 0-4 vs big names hardly anyone ever thinks about him but he can beat alot of the guys in this divison on any given night Oscar AGIAN,Cotto,Cintron,Margarito.
Oh ****, your almost as bad as Carlito. Now all of a sudden a older way part his prime never won a big fight Quartey is going to be a threat to the division?:-( Of course it shouldn't suprise me that people keep hanging on to washed up boxers..:verysad
what this myth about quartey beating oscar? never understood that, that fight was clear as the sky in my eyes DLH UD Ike
