    The below link for the most part is a good amateur ranking system, and will have the majority of the fighters in the next Olympics.

    The Eastern Euro crew has a #1 or #2 guy at

    Bantam
    Welter
    Middle
    Heavy
    and super heavy.

    They have a #3 man at light weight and light heavy

    Only light flyweight, flyweight and light welter do not have a top 3 Eastern Euro man perhaps because so few men from the area are 112 pounds or less for light fly and fly.

    CONCLUSION: I think you see Eastern Euro's own belts / be viewed as the #1 guy from Bantam to Welter ( Lomachenko has feather-lightweight ) in the not so distance future.
