Dillian white will beat AJ

Agree with what you are saying about AJ's power, he's stopping guys by accumulation and doesn't seem to have that concussive one punch KO power like a Wlad or a Lewis.

I think he's similar to Fury in that regard, although obviously his technique is much much better. My worry with AJ is that he doesn't have the same sort of stamina that Fury has, so I'm not sure how his style is going to hold up if he has to go 12 rounds.

 

The fight has come way too soon for Dillian to realistically think he can win. However he has a punchers chance, but all I see is an AJ KO.

 

I don't agree at all. I see AJ as having big one punch power, you cant KO someone by accumulation in 1 round, with accumulation it is over 6 rounds when it really takes effect. The only way I see Whyte winning is if he can take the fight late or if AJ ends up having a very bad chin, however I don't see either being the case and I think AJ will stop Whyte in 4 or 5 rounds.

would be interesting to see the odds on this one when they come out, can see whyte being 20/1+ which may be value.

can see whyte losing but going on to be a decent euro / fringe world class guy, like chisora type level.

 

AJ's power is for real, saw him in the amateurs stick in a bodyshot that hardly even connected properly, the other bloke rolled on the floor in agony for about 10 minutes.

AS long as AJ boxes smart from the outside he will catch whyte coming in.

Hand on heart, I'd pick Joshua.. But I have a good feeling that Dillian will give a good account of himself.. I spoke to James Bashir a few weeks ago and he himself thinks that Dillian is super focused on learning and improving.. If Dillian had a few more ranked opponents on his resume it may give is a better indication to how this fight may go.. Remember, even though Whyte hasn't boxed in class, doesn't mean that he can't..

 

I'm with you and think Whyte will have too much for Joshua and will win by early KO

Regardless of the result what is certain is that Whyte really fancies this fight, has zero fear of AJ and will throw punches with genuine intent.

Those things alone make Whyte a very dangerous opponent.

 

Lets see how Joshua looks v Cornish first. I think that Eddie thinks Joshua is the real deal. If Joshua gets through Cornish like he has everyone else then the fight gets made v whyte. If he struggles or there is a big weakness shown it might not happen. I hope the fight happens and would pick Joshua to win.

 

As a Scot, and generally not a fan of you in general it pains me to agree with you, but Joshua will make light work of both Cornish and Whyte.

Why anyone who has watched the two gives Whyte even a glimmer of a chance is beyond me. He's a crude boxer.
