What would it do for the future of Matchroom (he seems like their next big cash-cow) and AJ's career? (a stoppage this early on the domestic scene is no good, surely?)
Worse yet imagine if Cornish stopped him? Of course I believe he smashes the pair of them in the first half of the fight.
Eddie would run into the ring, wrap his arms around white whilst blanking Joshua for the rest of the night
it wouldn't be the end of the world, whyte would be a big ish name, khan lost to Prescott and still won the title around a year after. Degale lost at similar stage of his career to Groves and came back, nobody likes degale yet he was to headline a PPV if hearn didn't get outbid. it'll be a set back no doubt but not the end of the world for matchroom, it would make PPV's less likely though because if the casuals / media love in for AJ continues we'll be paying 15quid each time for the privilege of seeing him fight in 12 months or so.
Whyte will get signed by Matchroom no matter who wins the fight and lets be real, it'll be a success for him if he goes the distance and loses every round, it's an easy fight for AJ.
If Whyte was to stop Joshua the world would stop spinning on it's axis and life as we know it would cease to exist.
I do not think it would be a huge shock, they are big men and punch very hard. I think AJ would leave Matchroom and everybody connected with them within 3 minutes of getting off the floor.
