This topic was discussed here before. A professional fighter or black belt in karate are subject to the same assault and battery laws as anyone else. There may be some judge dictum about their profession or proficiency in combat skill but there are no laws that segregate boxers from the general public. If a fighter has his hands in his pockets, is that carrying a concealed weapon? lol By the way, I don't like Stevenson but it's not because of his past life. I do believe in redemption but it is an open question whether Stevenson has actually changed.
