Jeez all these pull outs probably spell the end for boxing on terrestrial tv. I can not see ITV bothering again due to the SN bull**** and the fiasco over the May 10th bill. Very disapointing but why would they put boxing on prime time tv without the certainty of competative fights.

It had all the makings of being the biggest bill of the year outside of Box Office - and would probably been as big as the Hatton Homecoming for me.

I think ITV may stay away now, which is a bloody shame.

yeh ITV will probs never show a fight again, expect Froch to get bumped back up.

Man this Notting ham card has a curse, chances of bradley pulling out???

who should Murray fight then? Any super feathers, lightweights, light welters that are fighting fit?

This is the reason I stopped paying good money to watch boxing live 20 years ago. The actual fights bore little resemblance to those for whicvh you had purchased tickets(Frank Warren was the chief culprit)

Martin Watson is not so bad but still disapointing. Martin Gethin is ok as well. They will not have much time to prepare unless they were already in training for other fights so I would pick Murray pretty convincingly.

True I bought the tickets expecting to se Froch vs Inkin and Murray vs Fewkes, i feel a bit oversold now, Ive been stung like that a few times...

Witter Bradley is fight of the night even when the card was announced so still worth the trip. i leave it to close to the date next time.

Both those names are decent stand-ins at this short notice for Murray - he must be gutted the Fewkes fight is off but hope an opponent can be found for him and he puts on a good performance.

If Fewkes v Murray gets made again hopefully it will get top domestic billing as its worthier than being stuck on an undercard to be honest.
