Let me ask you this, does GGG beat a prme Marvin Hagler?

Marvin Hagler would make GGG a good boy.

 

No I don't think so. 15 round fight? Hell no!

 

The Mugabi fight was brutal combat. Marvin broke The Beast but took a lot out of him. Brutal shots.

 

Check out Marvin vs Minter. Marvin made Minters face a bloody mess in about 45 seconds of brutal combinations in the last round. GGG could not defend such an attack with his mediocre defense.

I keep seeing people say GGG would outsize Hagler. Is this true? Hagler looked ****ing HUGE at MW to me, GGG looks solid but Hagler was a god damn beast.
That said, pressure and solid infighter takes the day in this matchup. Until GGG goes against someone world class I can't rank him above one of TBE.

 

I've honestly wondered why there hasnt been one yet. Unless its fight week, or a fight was just signed I honestly see no reason for so many GGG threads pro or con.

 

hagler had a blue-collar mentality but his incredible, nonpareil accuracy made him a slick boxer. very unique. usually outsized, he was nevertheless highly destructive. and he travelled to the uk to fight minter for the middleweight title, didn't he?

ggg's chin would be put to the test.
