Canelo by stoppage but it isn't exactly fair to Brook. Canelo is very good and more accomplished along with being a full division (+ a pound) bigger.

    Canelo is far more proven.

Would be a savage mismatch. Canelo by second or third round KO

Canelo is too strong. Wins by KO.

Far, far more proven, and has a far more proven chin, and is much larger at this stage.

The only thing Canelo is more proven at is losing i.e Floyd, Lara, Trout. Whats his best bonafide win, Angulo? Kirkland?

Brooks schooling of Porter is way above anything Alvarez has done. Porter would tear through Canelos ass like a knife thru hot butter

My god. Have some more kool aid. Brook didn't even tear thru Porter's ass. He won a sloppy fight, marred by alot of bum rushing by Porter and holding by Brook, and did enough to win an ugly affair. And it is his one and only win over a world class opponent.

Trout wasn't all that close, and Lara was a clear win, and I'm no Canelo fan. But Canelo's body of work overwhelms Brook's.

Although that in itself proves nothing, it is evidence that Brook needs to do some more work before people start calling him the next ATG and that he'd tear through ANYONE's ass, let alone a larger, more accomplished, more experienced, and proven-tough world class fighter.

You misread my post. I said Porter would tear thru Canelo, not Brook.

That I did. But I see that as even less likely. Porter's style would not play well with Canelo. Brook, as a good techician would fair better IMO.

The best pressure fighter Canelos been in with is Angulo who looked like he was fighting underwater, so its hard to tell if how well his style matches up with Porter. I think Canelo has a hard time keeping Porter off him and gets outworked over 12

Porter couldn't outmuscle Brook. I don't think he has much of a chance to outmuscle Canelo. I don't even think it would be Porter's gameplan vs Canelo, as I think Canelo is too much bigger for it to be very fruitful.
