Floyd really took being Lance to a whole other league by colluding with the face of USA Anti Doping. No matter what side you're on, this is ****ed up for USA Sports in general.

USADA can only start testing him only when he's announced the fight. So that's what? 4 weeks testing max.

It is a good point, there's as much oddness in the Pacquiao saga, I'd need to be referred to specific details though, which is why I've never dismissed or accepted Malignaggi's claims, I don't believe Floyd is taking PED's but I don't disbelieve it, he broke the rules here though so he did cheat.
