He said he has no concerns... Of course he will say that. He is acting professional. He probably learned from the circus act that became of the Margarito scandal.

but WADA stated that IV can be used to cheat so it is illegal

we can't conclude that he is not guilty.

 

Nor can it conclude that he used peds, unlike pacquiao who clearly ducked a ped test in 2010

 

A way to mask PEDs is too pump your blood stream with certain vitamins.

Mayweather pumped his veins with 750mm 700 over the legal limit...

On top of that he did it without proper approval, in secret, at his home. Violating at least 3 more rules.

Floyd also prides himself in not having to dehydrate.

Well clearly NSAC are the only ones that have any jurisdiction in the state of Nevada and that's all that matters. It doesn't matter what USADA say in regards to what protocols were followed by Mayweather as USADA have no right to issue TUE's and have no jurisdiction.

While NSAC have clearly stated they do not believe that Mayweather has used any kind of PED, what did you expect them so say. Even the insinuation without 100% proof could lead to a lawsuit that could cripple NSAC. They are not going to make accusations of wrong doing without proof.

Fact is nobody knows for sure if Mayweather used PED's all we know is that Mayweather did not follow NSAC procedures in regards to using the IV and getting a TUE for it.

 

That's not the issue as far as I understand it, the issue is he had an IV and that's against the rules and the amount of solution used was way above anything that would have been OK in certain circumstances, 50 ml every 6 hours is the limit I believe Mayweather and his "medical team" said he was pumped with 750 ml of a solution in one sitting while USADA sat there is his house.

Of a solution of which nobody knows, USADA didn't take a sample.

Mayweather has banged the drum for years and loudly about not breaking rules, drug testing and he breaks the rules and uses a IV and solution that leaves him open to all sorts of accusations.

Mayweather and USADA are bang in trouble, I see future lawsuits, Haymon will get dragged in, other fighters will be too.

Someone just opened up a can of worms that is going to blow boxing as we know it to pieces.
