Why would they stop him from fighting when they accepted the TUE?

How can they have no doubt, he either did or didn't, the possibility is there regardless.

Why stop Floyd fighting Berto It would cost them big $$$$$$$$$$. Heck they've given Mayweather a free hand to do as he likes for years why stop now. Anyone that believes a word USADA, NSAC Vegas or the MAywethers say must be extremely naïve or just plain dumb. Read their drivel Its one contradiction after another. Floyd got CAUGHT CHEATING!!! Man up & pay the piper

You should do your research before commenting. Those fluids are used in variety of sports but almost every time to hide performance enhancing drugs (EPO).

For every fighter who wants to juice this seems to be the perfect loophole. You just flush out your system, get an exception for it after the fact and you're golden.
The NSAC just assumes you did nothing wrong anyway.
