I thought this was already covered in another thread? The guy says PBF had a positive test back in the day and was proven to be full of **** by USADA in this release. I already knew this day was coming so that's why I haven't said too much. USADA made him look like a fanboy with an agenda.:deal

An athlete can use an IV of up to 50ml in a 6-hour period without seeking approval of USADA/WADA - ie, they don't need a TUE.

Anything over that and a TUE is necessary. Mayweather notified USADA of the IV beforehand and was retrospectively awarded a TUE after he formalised the application some days later - which is also within WADA rules.

    No rules were broken.

Thomas Hauser brought a knife to a gun fight and got thoroughly thrashed as a result. He's out of his depth here and will be exposed even more if he keeps it up. I'd love to look at how much money he's lost betting against PBF and his personal background to.:yep

hopefully both Hauser and USADA write a couple more articles. A lot of good/solid information to be had for sure.

Being a scholar, I've read the report.

It contains minute corrections, nit-picking and lots of "he said-she said", i.e. their word against Hauser's word.

Like when he said Morales had 4 positive test results, their rebuttal was a lengthy paragraph that can summarized with "Nuh Uh, only 3".

Edited to add: Hauser did a very sloppy investigative job. The key to exposing someone is being precise on the details.

ok but the WADA rulebook clearly shows he broke rules
if the nsac fails to investigate then they are being negligent and we must ask why

How about the part he said USADA didn't provide documents for the suponea, Hauser pretending like USADA had something to hide.

USADA handed over 2685 pages of documents to team pac. So why did Hauser lie?
