I call him a coward. You know who i'm talking about, is that guy who' supposed to be by now hw champ and he said he'll fight anyone from 168 to 175 but he only calls guys from 160
Whilst I don't want the Ward-GGG fight at this stage, and I want to see Golovkin make the most in his best division @160lb, I think Ward is OKAY to call him out down the line, solely because yeah Golovkin is a smallish MW, but he's shown enough skills to hang with the 168lbers and could give a good fight to Ward, and if his power transfers up, I have no doubt Golovkin could stand a not entirely laughable chance at KOing him, we've seen Ward rocked and dropped by smaller punchers. It's not like Ward is calling on all 160lbers. He's calling on the God of War. It's like people calling Pac out at welter. Sure he's small for it, but he's got the skills to pay the bills. I think it's insulting to GGG to make excuses like this for him. I respect that he was work to do at 160lb, and I don't want a Ward fight at this stage. But to say 'no he's too stall, stop picking on him Ward!!' is a bit of an insult to Golovkins skills Leave that for the GGG haters/idiots who try to say GGG only picks on 'shopworn welters'. Ya kno who yas are.
He was. And he never said "Hey YOU come up to fight me", he offerred to come down in weight himself and he never said anything to Floyd for not taking the match. Look at Kovalev as well and his response in regards to the Ward fight "When he moves up then we can talk about it" (paraphrasing). Ward has taken a completely different approach, he's not only persistent after GGG has respectfully declined, he follows it up with ducking accusations and other garbage. Media is to blame as well.
according to his fans, GGG is a god-like mechanical killing machine. The greatest technician with the ring cutting abilities of a young...well, there is simply no comparison, right? His ring cutting abilities are second only to an amalgamation of Jesus, Vishnu and Thor. His power can get a woman pregnant from 50 yards away. His ring IQ makes Albert Einstein look like an Einstein Bros. Bagels janitor. Now, maybe Ward hears all this and thinks, "those guys must be right! A mere 8 pounds won't change his godlike abilities...can they? Surely not!" So he challenges him. And shortly thereafter the umbrage flows like wine...
